He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Rogers and Olivia Dunican Rogers; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Rissler Sheely and Jane Francina Rissler. He is survived by: his wife Patricia F. Rissler; his brother-in-law Robert Sheely of Jefferson County; and his godchildren, Bethany Meaghan Jolly Swift, Ryan Patricia Jolly Kemp and Thomas Hardwick Jolly. He is also survived by many special friends, among them his longtime neighbors and caregivers.
