She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Lewis and Vera Josephine Pfeiff; her siblings, Calvin, Wilmina, Emma, Otto, Dick, Bob, Danny, Claude and Kay; and her spouse Dale Adair.
She is survived by: her children, Franklin (Frank), Susan (Sue Shumate), Frank and Sue (John Catoe); and her grandchildren, Robert (Kathleen), Ryan (Jeremy), Rachel (Eric) and Nick (Suzan Ok). She is also survived by "Nan" by her family and friends.
