He is survived by: his spouse Clelia Hiner; his daughters, Linda Cart of Lakeland and Pam Norris (John) of Bradenton, Florida; his daughter-in-law Linda Phelps of Parrish, Alabama; his siblings, Leroy Phelps (Myrtle) of Girard and Betty Benton of Orwell, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Denise Phelps Jackson, Dena Phelps, Todd Phelps (Melissa) and Jonathan Norris; his great grandchildren, Kiera Rosado (Jeremiah), Brendan Decker (Nancy) and Tristan Phelps; his great great grandchild NiaMyah Sharp; his daughter Nanci McGreevy; and his siblings, Howard, Ellsworth, Donovan, Delos and Claribell McMillen.
