He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Seeber and Ruth Seeber; his wife Delores Ann Seeber; and his brother Jeffery Seeber. He is survived by: his daughters, Alyson Beverly and Tara Seeber (Roby Dillon); his grandchild Delante Newman (Nicole); his daughters, Alyssa Woodle (Brad), Kaitlyn Proffitt (Murphy) and Thomas Proffitt; his great grandchild Wyatt Woodle; and his brothers, Allen Seeber (Barbara), Brian Seeber (Lynne) and Kevin Seeber.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dockside Restaurant (1786 Castlewood Dr, Colonial Beach, VA 22443). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Beach Baptist Church (10 Garfield Ave, Colonial Beach, VA 22443).
