He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Southard and Ruth Southard; his wife Judy Southard (Grusauskas); his children, Elizabeth and David; his grandchild Dara; and his sisters, Susan, Anne and Janet. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, brother.
