With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Fallon Coulter of Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on November 21, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick James Fallon and Alice; her siblings, Mary Pardini (Cappie), Alice Elizabeth McClain, John Fallon (Jack), Agnes B. Kratovil, Patrick James Fallon, Regis Joseph Fallon, Richard Gerald Fallon and Robert Emmet Fallon; and her husband Robert C. Coulter (Bob).

She is survived by: her son R. Carey Coulter, Jr. of McLean, Virginia; her grandchildren, Patricia Coulter (Todd Schiller) of Smithfield, Jade Greene (Jason) of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg and Robert C. Coulter III of Annandale, Virginia; her great grandchildren, Jewel Coulter, William Schiller, Isabella Greene, Gianna Coulter, Alexandra Greene and Colin Coulter; and also Vincil Carey Coulter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
