She is survived by: her husband Howard Merritt Steele, Jr. (Howie); her children, Howard, Cynthia (Cindy) and Susan; her daughter-in-law Robin Steele; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Brian Steele, Merritt, Wyatt Vance, Tyne Berlanga and Heather Devers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
