He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sara; his grandchildren, Regan, Christopher, Annie Van Dusen Wohlgenant (Tim), Zoe, Clio, Lynne Van Dusen Lawhead (Alan), Rachel, Eric, Charles David Van Dusen (Hilary), Marika, Islay, Catherine Van Dusen Godschalk (David), Peter and Claire; and his former wife Margaret Matter.
