It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Booth Koutoulakos of Arlington, Virginia, born in Marshallville, Georgia, who passed away on March 4, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harbour Lee and Ethel Rice Lee; her brother John Cook Lee; and her husband Louis James Koutoulakos. She is survived by: her children, Lee Booth Hoffman (Phillip) of Raleigh and Shepherd Allen Booth III (Jackie) of Lake Arrowhead, CA; her stepson James Louis Koutoulakos (Annie) of Conway, SC; her grandchildren, Bryan Miles Hoffman (Shelley) of Charleston, SC and Lizzy Booth Ortiz (Richard) of Manchester, England; her sister Beverley Stevens of Wilmington, NC; her sister-in-law Carolyn Roper Lee of Lincolnton, NC; and her stepgrandchildren, Phillip Hoffman (Becky), Scott Hoffman (Ginny), Danielle Hangen (Pete), Aaran Koutoulakos and Alexis Koutoulakos (Dan). She is also survived by seven step-great grandchildren and her special niece and nephews.
