She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter and Frances Hall Collins; her son Irvin Warren Collins, Jr.; and her siblings, Lettie Collins Nester, Maybelle Collins Marshall, Lester Collins and Burnie Collins.

She is survived by: her husband Irvin Warren Collins; her children, Donna Collins Payne (William), Frances Collins Sutphin (Michael) and Leroy Collins; her grandchildren, Chris Sutphin, Josh Sutphin (Katrina) and Brandon Collins; and her great grandchild Ben Sutphin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
