She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley and Nancy Lou Crotts Tate; her husband Burton Tate; her children, William Burton Wade Tate and Trudy Tate; and her granddaughter Alisha Smith Marion.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Christina Tate; and her grandchildren, Tiffani Tate, Dustin Tate and Timothy Albert. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
