He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Smith Clement and Sallie Eunice Matthews Clement; his siblings, Lucy Smith (Wilburn), Alpha Rorrer Slate, Nelson Clement and Willis Clement; and his sister-in-law Juanita Clement.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Bowman Clement; his children, Wanda Isaacs of Ararat, Joy Clement of Mount Airy, Bill Clement and Rhoda of Claudville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Amy, David Rautio, Clifford Isaacs (Amy Boice), Matthew Clement, Katherine and Scott Rewerts; his great grandchildren, Claire Issacs, Eden Issacs, Adam Rautio and Alice Rewerts; and his siblings, Lottie Bowman, Johnny (Mildred Clement) and Hennis Clement. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
