With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Epperson (Ararat, Virginia), who passed away on October 19, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Hill Epperson; and his siblings, Elizabeth Stanfield and Epperson, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, William Forrester and Hattie Mae King Epperson; his children, Teresa Dockery, Kenny Dockery, Lisa Holman, Champe Holman and James Epperson; his daughter-in-law Tammy Epperson; his grandchildren, Ryan Holman, Britni Holman, Will Holman, Mason Epperson and Kyle Epperson; his great grandchildren, Harley, Violet and Charles; his sister Dorcus Slopey; and his brother-in-law John Slopey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ararat Voluntary Fire Dept., Ararat Voluntary Rescue Squad or to Victory Baptist Church at 2120 Riverside Dr., Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
