He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Gaylor; his wife Sandra Gaylor; his son Jerry Richard "Ricky" Gaylor, Jr.; the mother of his children Sharon Sue Moon; and his brothers, Tony, Kenny and Andy Gaylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Moles (Kelly Bartley); his grandchildren, Chase Morris and Dylan Morris; his brother Danny; his sister-in-law Peggy Gaylor; and his friend Manie Beketov (Tamothy Shoaf). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
