He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Haynes and Treva Hall Haynes; his former wives, Faye Pruitt Haynes and Janet Haynes; and his brothers, Robert "Buster" Haynes and Odell Haynes.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Felts Haynes; his stepchildren, Donna Joyce, Tina Beamer, Vanessa Pasquareillo and Dwayne Greeson; his grandsons, Benji Haynes (Terri) and Colby Haynes (Laken); and his great grandchild Henley Grant Haynes. He is also survived by fifteen step great grandchildren.
