It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Tate (Ararat, Virginia), who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Roy Tate. He is survived by: his significant other Ines Tate; his stepchildren, Phyllis Willard, Paul Willard, Harry Tate and Lilli Tate; his brothers, Clarence Tate and Donnie Tate; and also, Linda Heath, Helen Anderson, James Anderson, Shirley Bolen, Gilbert Bolen, Carolyn Fowler and Dale Fowler. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; fifteen great- step-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
