He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Calvin Hall, Sr. and Sylvia Marshall Hall; his wife Margie Gwynn Hall; his daughter Jennifer Hall; and his siblings, Ann Corn, Polly White, Calvin Hall, Jr. and Elbert Hall.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Costner (Mark) and Patrick Hall; his grandchildren, Marshall Costner (Andrea) and Macy Hall; his great grandchild Calvin Hall; and his sisters-in-law, Faithie Hall, Mabelene Harris (Ralph) and Frances Sumner.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain View Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Farley Eaton, 3217 Willis Gap Rd., Ararat, VA 24053.
