With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faye Armstrong Terrell of Ararat, Virginia, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Laymon and Eva Ann Key Armstrong; her husband Donald Lee Terrell; and her brothers, Phillip (Judi) and Dewey Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Lee "Donny" Terrell, Jr. (Diana) of Oak Ridge and Sonya Braun (Kevin) of Stone Mountain, GA; her sisters, Frances Cook (Glenn) of Mount Airy and Mary Ellen Wells (Byron) of Bunn; her grandchildren, Dalton Terrell (Molly) of Vienna, VA, Cody Braun (Tate) of Marietta, GA, Casey Braun (Hayden) of Atlanta, GA and Dash Terrell of Oak Ridge; her sister Tori Bissram of Chapel Hill; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Terrell, Patrick Terrell and Goldie Braun. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
