He is survived by: his parents, Davis, Sr. and Irene Gates Smith; his wife Sadie Willis Smith; his daughters-in-law, Michelle Smith, Joey Smith and Davis Reid Smith, III; his friend Kathy Alderman; his grandchildren, Chase Smith, Jasmine Smith, Colton Smith (Rebekah), Jesse Smith and Irene Smith; and his great grandchild Davis Smith.
