She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Peter and Anna Blanche Rayburn Turner; her husband Ronald Ray Williams; her great grandchild Declan Ramey; her sisters, Marie Stephens and Mary Garwood; her grandmothers, Lee Juniper, Ruth Lee, Bessie Gillispie and Letha Cogis; and her brother Eules Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Lois; her son-in-law Okie Ramey; her son Ronald E. Williams; her daughter-in-law Sally Barnes; her grandchildren, Derek C., Shawna Ramey, Evan Williams, Rhianna Williams, Christina and Daman Dobard; her great grandchildren, Emmett and Jasper Ramey; and her niece Malinda Sobe. She is also survived by other many nieces and nephews.
