He was predeceased by: his wife Naomi Rufus Green; and his parents, CeCelia Madison and Linwood Green. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lewis, Kandel Berry, Judy Jones, Terry Laughinghouse, William Smith, Willie Green, Jr. and Sandy Byrd; and his brothers, John Greene, Steven Williams and Frankie Williams. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
