He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Neiswander and Blanche Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" M. Neiswander; his children, Holly K. Harris (David) and Brian D. Neiswander; his grandchildren, Carter Neiswander, Evan Neiswander and Richter Harris; his siblings, Robert Lee Neiswander (Geraldine) and Anne N. Merkey (James); and his in-laws, Darlene S. O'Connor, Phillip J. O'Connor, JoEllen, Donald T. O'Connor and Rebecca. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
