He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Mayberry and Nellie Elizabeth Mann Mayberry; his siblings, Frank Hubert Mayberry (Betty Ann Franklin), Milton Whitney Mayberry and Sadie Marie Mayberry Hamlett (Robert Gordon Hamlett); and his sister-in-law Vicki Mayberry Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Mayberry; his daughter Tracy R. Mayberry; his brothers, Fred Mayberry and Billy Mayberry; and his brother-in-law Beverly H. Franklin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
