He is survived by: his children, Lowell Humphreys, Jr. (Selma Lee) of West Virginia, Shannon Humphreys (Ruth) of Maryland, Deborah Shulman (Raymond) of Maryland and Gregory Humphreys (Celeste) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Brandi Valentine, Jessica Kendrick (Matt), Tiffani East (David), Ray Shulman, Jr. (Amanda), Nicole Hannigan (Billy Joe) and Allison Adcock (Scott); his great grandchildren, Nathen Reddy (Moira), Tayler Scott (Christian), Haylee, Chase Kendrick, Destiny Valentine, Skyler, Gracee, Noah, Liam Hannigan, Lilly, Logan East, Barrett and Dominic Shulman; his great great grandchildren, Raine Reddy, Scarlett, Jase and Walker Scott; and his siblings, Arnold Humphreys of Maryland, Alvin Humphreys of Maryland and Nancy Fissel of Maryland.
