She was predeceased by: her husband Emmett Lawrence McCraw; her parents, Herman Anderson and Estelle Vaughn Anderson of Andersonville, Virginia; her siblings, Claudia Chisholm of Mineral, Virginia and Shield Anderson of Andersonville, Virginia; and her son David Walton McCraw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Louise M. Scott (Robert Scott) of Farmville and Ann M. Smith (Jim Smith) of Bedford, Virginia; her grandchildren, Taylor Scott, Mary Ellen Scott, Rachel S. LaPlante and Evan Smith; and her great grandchildren, Emmett, Lex, Samuel Scott, Carson, Peyton LaPlante, Abigail Smith and Wren Scott.
