He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis R. Ferugson and Hazel M. Ferugson; his wife Hilda Mae Davidson Ferguson; and his siblings, Curtis "Dick" Ferguson, Alice Jean Childress and Geraldine Litchford.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Jr. (Delores), Michael (Sheila) and Terry (Melissa); his grandchildren, Shannon Joy (Michael), Bryan Ferguson (Noelle), Brandon Ferguson (Shelby), Kylie Cottrell (Travis), Kendra Page (Matt), Ashton Ferguson, Haley Ferguson and Emmalyn Ferguson; his great grandchildren, Sommer, Leann, Camden, Alley, Kambree, Austin, Layton, Taylor, Billie, Haislee, Briggs, Keegan and Breck; and his great great grandchildren, Oaklen and Brileigh.
