He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Frances Pryor and Robert Emmett Cousins; and his son Stephen P. Cousins. He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Janie" Harris Cousins; his daughters, Rebecca G. Cousins (David Harrold), Susan M. Cousins (Robert Bond) and Mary Lynn Cousins; his daughter-in-law Mary K. Cousins; his granddaughters, Tessa Cousins and Lauren Cousins; and his brother John Paul Cousins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
