He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey A. Mullins and Beatrice Deem Mullins; and his siblings, Bob, Carl, Roger Mullins, Phyllis McGuire, JoAnne White, Shelda Coffey and Shirley Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chambers Mullins; his daughters, Tammy Davis (Tim) of Appomattox and Vicki Callaway of Advance, NC; and his sister Sue M. Hall. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
