He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Christian Garrett and Emma Robertson Garrett; and his brother Teddy Wayne Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Janice Elliott Garrett; his sons, Jeffrey Christian Garrett (Sherry) and Michael Roberts Garrett (Sasha); his grandchildren, Kayla G. Mullins (Colin), Kameron C. Garrett, Kenlee D. Garrett, Hudson E. Robertson, Hunter M. Garrett and Peyton E. Garrett; and his sisters, Gloria Leveque, Geralynn Garrett and Betty Craft (Todd). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
