With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly Winston Phelps of Appomattox, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Millard Phelps; her parents, Robert Carter Winston, Sr. and Waverly Hubbard Winston; and her brothers, Bobby Winston, Jr. and Billy Winston.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Martin (Bucky) of Spout Spring and Angela Wolfe (Lee) of Salem; her grandchildren, Kirsten Doss Hamlett (Caleb), Lieutenant Grey Wolfe, Addison Wolfe, Morgan Doss, Winston Wolfe and Lathan Doss; her great grandchild Colton Pierce; her sister Nancy Bryant of Lynchburg; her niece Ruth; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cason, Carter and Waverly; and also Dakota Blanks.
