She was predeceased by: her father Charles Horton; her great-grandparents, Conley and Leafie Hensley; her grandparents, Hoyt, Virginia Horton and Betty Ruth Ward; and her brother-in-law Keith Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Barry Needham; her mother Barbara Horton; her siblings, Pam Horton Collins (Bobby), Sabra Horton Meade (Scott), Penny Perry and Chuck Horton; her nieces and nephews, Brandy Buckles, Brian Collins, Sherry, Carlie, Seth Meade, Travis Atkins and Keisha Perry Bentley; and her great-niece Josie.
