He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Green; his sons, Sammy Green Jr. (Natalie) and Todd Green (Kim); his grandchildren, Jill Gollaway (Ryan), Lee Green (Clarissa), Michael Green (Chelcee), Brandon Green (Mindy), Hunter Green (Christina) and Marlena Green; his great grandchildren, Faylee Green, Cara Gollaway, Leah Gollaway, Georgia Green, Paislee Green, Ivy Green, Joshua Green, Gracie Green, Trey Green, Holly Green, Lainey Green and Naomi Green; and his siblings, Allen Green (Joyce), Eddie Green (Alice), Joe Green (Beth), David Green, Judy Skorupa (Ray) and Jane Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
