He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Alison "Randi" Baldwin DeLong of Florida, Sonny "Colton" Baldwin DeLong of Colorado, Briley "Brianna" Baldwin DeLong of Idaho, Farrah Nicole Baldwin of Wise, Chase Allen Baldwin of Erie and Corey Allen Baldwin of Erie; his granddaughter Bonnie Natalia Perez Rojas; his parents, Roy C. Sr and Roxanna Baldwin, Sr. (Lovell) of Exeter; his sisters, Rachel Davidson (James) of Appalachia and Christine Lee Dotson (David "Shine") of Appalachia; his nieces and nephews, Kailey Davidson, Ariel Dotson, Jody Davidson, Harley Davidson and Sebastian Davidson; and his uncles, Robert Lovell (Kathy) and William. He was also cherished by two great nephews and one great niece.
