We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2019, at the age of 75, Ronald Gene Barnett (Appalachia, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Meta Barnett; his parents, Roy Barnett and Viola Barnett; and his siblings, Paul Barnett, Inez Bouton and Irene Caudill.
He is survived by: his son Ron "Bubba"; his daughter-in-law Tammy Barnett; his granddaughters, Hannah and Alexa Barnett; his siblings, Don Barnett, Nesbith Sturgill and Dorothy Stidham; and his brother-in-law Jim Bouton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Appalachia First Baptist Church, PO Box 423, Appalachia, VA 24216 to further the "Barnett Bible Project".
