He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Robert Newton Mullins and Pearlie Mae Mullins (Williams); his sisters, Dorothy Mae Mullins Poff and Virginia Mullins; and his grandfather Joe Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen Mullins; his children, Jennifer Lynn Mullins, Shannon Owlsey, Jamison Todd Mullins (Kathy), Robert Lee Warburton (Brandy), Jessee Bronson Warburton (Deanna) and Charles Edward Warburton; his grandchildren, Brittany Haslem (Joseph), Jamison Todd Mullins, II, Lexie Brickey, Grayson Powers, Brooklyn Jo Warburton and Aiden Tyler Warburton; his great grandchildren, Amelia June Haslem, Maxton Todd Mullins and Eliza J. Haslem; and his siblings, Edith Ann King (Sam), Bobby Ray Mullins (Brenda) and Lester Eugene Mullins (Rene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holding Funeral Home of BIG Stone of Big Stone (17 E 3rd St N, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Holding Funeral Home, Inc. (17 E 3rd St N, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219).
