She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Garrett and Ollie Garrett; her husband Ballard Henry; her daughters, Donna Smith and Debbie Rollins; her adoptive son Matthew Henry; and her grandchildren, Shannon Henry, Tracie Lynn Steverson and Billy Henry, Jr. (Punkin).
She is survived by: her children, Jewell Christine Garrett of Boston, MA, Trula Gaye Steverson of Douglas, GA, Ronnie Dale Henry (Worm) of Appalachia, Ballard Lucian Henry, Jr. of Keokee, VA, Kenneth Ray Henry of Douglas, GA, Billy Wayne Henry of Keokee, VA, Charlene Woodward of Bristol, TN, Teresa Lynn Cross of Appalachia, VA, Charlotte Faye Henry (Red), Christopher Henry, Timmy Henry of Exeter, VA. and Michael D. Henry. She is also survived by other grandchildren; she had 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roy A. Green Funeral Home (317 Kilbourne Ave, Appalachia, VA 24216). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
