She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Mullins; and her sons, Larry Mullins, Jeffrey Scott Mullins and Ricky Lee Mullins. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Bates of Appalachia, Pamela Herron, Patricia Brummit, Franklin Lynn Mullins of Appalachia and Garfield Mullins; her brother Buris Stanley; and her grandchildren, Scottie Mullins, Jeffrey Pearcy, Robert Hill, Ricky Estep, Gerald Mullins and Lisa Herron. She is also survived by grandchildren she assisted in raising, 13 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren, other close relatives and friends.
