She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Cecil and Cleo Collier; and her siblings, Robert "Rock" Collier (Kathy), Barb Givens, Kay Gonzoles and Delorus Howard.
She is survived by: her husband James Skinner; her son James "Jimbo" Skinner (Regina); and her siblings, Dickie Collier and Mary Revels (Sam). She is also survived by numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, cousins, and friends.
