He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Lynn Mullins; his son Bobby Ray Mullins; and his mother Dora Juanita Mullins. He is survived by: his son Johnny R. Mullins (Precillia Diets); his granddaughters, Brianna Mullins, Brittany Farmer and Beth Miller; his sister Debra Mullins; and his close friends, April Mawk and Bobby Reynolds.
