She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fields and Blanche Fields; her husband Arnold Leedy; and her brothers, John, Bill and Pat Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Leedy (Cindy) of Kingsport, Kevin Leedy of Appalachia and Allison Carter (Roger) of Mt Carmel; her grandchildren, Ryan Leedy (Hunter) of Kingsport, Leah Beth Leedy of Appalachia and Courtney Ragan (Michael) of Bristol; her great grandchildren, Kyla, Easton, Harper, Landyn, Isaiah, Holston, Jackson, Hadley and Presley; and her brother Fred Fields (Eleshia) of Pennington Gap.
