She was predeceased by: her husbands, Roy Holmes and Johnny Blanken; her son Mark Holmes; and her parents, Hayward Evans and Bonnie Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Bush (Jack) of Holmes Mill, KY and Michael Holmes (Amanda) of Appalachia, VA; her grandchildren, Issac Hylton, Veronica Holmes of Wise, VA, Anthony Holmes of Exeter, VA, Kevin Holmes (Jessica) of Exeter, VA, Elizabeth Thompson (Jerimah) of Jonesville, VA, Debroah Burgan (Mark) of Cloversplint, KY, Aryanna Middleton, Hunter Middleton, Payton Middleton and Logun Middleton; and her siblings, Roy Evans and Helen Evans Spears. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
