She is survived by: her son Derek; her daughter-in-law Megan Surrett; her siblings, Tammy Fine and Jim Gibson; her grandsons, Caden and Ian Surrett; her nieces and nephews, Chandra Shuler, Melissa Ford, Toby, Pete Derington, Austin, Alex Gibson, Tristan Shuler and Jasper Gibson; and her former husband Butch Surrett.
