He is survived by: his wife Mary Absher; his children, Claudette Rose (Lenny) of Blountville, TN, Jennie Absher of Kingsport, TN, Angel Varner (Chris) of Wise, VA, David Shirks (Misty) of Dunbar, VA, Jason Shirks (Sharon) of Coeburn, VA and Skylar Absher; his grandchildren, Jonathan Absher, Caleb Carter, Preston Absher, Jacob Shirks, David Shirks, Raylen Shirks, Annastasia Absher, Lara Carter, Kirsten Absher and Karisma Varner; and his siblings, Nancy Mays, Sharon Ingel, Diane Mays and Lewis Absher. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The church will be following State mandated social distancing and occupancy.
