We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2019, at the age of 94, Betty Jean Cress Cornett (Appalachia, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband W. D. Cornett, Jr.; her parents, John Cress and Flossie Cress; and her sister Anne Cress Babb. She is survived by: her children, John "Dub" Cornett (Joan), Dr. Mark Cornett (Debbie), Stephanie Wright (Eddie) and Carla Cornett; her brother Frank Cress (Marilyn); her grandsons, Tylor Cornett and Ryan Cornett; her nieces, Brenda McCroskey and Katherine Wust; and her nephew John Frank Cress.
