He is survived by: his wife Jean L. Johnson; his brothers, George Johnson (Celine) and David Johnson (Carolyn); his daughters, Karen Logan, Rebecca Mealey (Tony), Laura Gracon (Bill) and Katherine Johnson; his grandchildren, Isabel, Anna, Emma, Mikayla, Zachary, Christopher and Chelsea; and his pet Martha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Matthew's United Methodist Church (please designate Ken Jackson Food Pantry) at 8617 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, Virginia 22003; the Alzheimer's Association.
