She was predeceased by: her parents, George Max Allen and Elizabeth Helen Leonard; her husband Ronald Neff; and her brother Stephen Allen. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Evans of Kimball, WV. and Ric Andersen of Dillwyn, VA.; and her niece Margot Allen of Baltimore, MD.. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandson.
