He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Ballowe and Carrie Ballowe of Lynchburg, VA.; his wife Mary Nolan Ballowe; and his son Paul Ballowe. He is survived by: his son Robert Ballowe, Sr. (Vicki); his grandchildren, Tom Ballowe, Chris Ballowe (Darlene), Carrie Corwin (Ricky) and Andrew Ballowe; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Luke and Erik.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the same location.
