We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2022, at the age of 78, Edgardo Actas Ramirez (Annandale, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Ramirez, Sr.; and his brother Manuel Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Elaine, Lalaine, Lorraine (Larry), Joseph (Bridget) and Edgardo Jr. (Eve); his grandchildren, Damien and Rio; his siblings, Iluminado, Ramon, Lourdes Mamangun, Leticia Carter and Loida Pura; and his uncle Jose. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
