It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Ballenger of Annandale, Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Ballenger and Ouida Ballenger (Dudley); and her husband Basil Harrington. She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Lee (Tommy), Joe Ballenger (Betty) and Don Ballenger (Ingrid). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
