He is survived by: his spouse Lisbeth Susan Lee; his sons, Joseph (Evelyn), Brian (Amanda) and Daniel (Sarah); his grandchildren, Clifford, Djuna and Eurydice; and his sisters, Nyna Threadgould (Alan) of Benitachell, Spain and Laura Groesch (Rick) of Coppell, TX.
